breakfast buffet orange juice excellent location
the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. i noticed they had freshly squeezed orange juice. the location was excellent for walking to many sites.
the wifi signal was sometimes weak, and the connection could be intermittent.

discounted rate helpful staff
location offers easy access to many shops nearby. the hotel arranged a discounted rate for parking, very helpful to guests. the staff showed HONESTY and quickly returned a phone that i left in the room. i really appreciated it.
the double bed consisted of two single beds. it was very uncomfortable FOR me. i thought the hotel should have real double beds for couples.

mixed experience, some issues present
slippery bathtub insufficient splash guard
The shower was a really high-sided, slippery bathtub! it had an insufficient splash guard. also, i heard significant noise from above. It sounded like sliding chairs and furniture very early in the morning. this happened despite my room being on the 4th floor.

location is acceptable, but the room fell short
old furniture unappealing shower
the location was convenient and within walking distance to the sights i wanted to see.
The room was a bit of a letdown. It felt more like a student dorm than a hotel room.. the furniture seemed old and worn, and the bathroom was not great. i found the shower to be especially unappealing.

mixed experience in a central location
street noise inconsistent water pressure
i found the lack of soundproofing quite bothersome. noise from the street was noticeable late into the night. also, the bathroom was rather small. the shower had limited space and the water pressure was inconsistent it made showering less enjoyable.

the room faced a church on the plaza. the staff were helpful and friendly. the room had a good air-conditioning system and a safe. breakfast was excellent with good options

Central Location and Clean Rooms
central location ample storage
The location allowed easy access to various points of interest. My room was equipped with air conditioning, a safe, and ample storage. Breakfast included many choices (I really enjoyed the fresh fruit). The staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower stall was quite small. I found it difficult to move around freely while showering. I wish the shower was a bit bigger.
